We want you to be happy with your order. If an item does not fit, arrives damaged, or you want to withdraw from your order, this page explains the key return information.
Our products are produced after your order is received. The standard products currently offered are not personalized, so your statutory withdrawal right remains unaffected.
Return window:
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving the goods.
After exercising your withdrawal right, you have another 14 days to send the goods back to the return address we provide.

Do not send goods back without prior registration. This helps us match and process the return faster.
Return address:
You will receive the exact return address after registering the return by email or through our return portal.
Please do not automatically send returns to the imprint address unless it has been confirmed as the return address.
Condition of goods:
Returned goods should be clean, unworn, and undamaged. Please only inspect goods as you would in a physical store.
You are responsible for any loss in value only if that loss results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
Return shipping costs:
The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Refund:
After receiving and checking the return, we refund the amount through the same payment method used for the order unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are made no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement. We may refuse repayment until the goods are returned or you provide proof that they have been sent.
Exchange:
A direct exchange is not always possible because our products are produced after order. If you want another size or product, you can return the original item under the return rules and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at mundialbosnia@gmail.com.

• short description of the issue
• clear photos of the item and defect
• photo of the packaging if damaged
We review the case and get back to you with a solution, which may include replacement, reprint, or refund.
Wrong size ordered:
Please check the size guide before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, you can return the item under the statutory withdrawal rules if the deadline is met and the goods have not been excessively used or damaged.
Non-returnable items:
Returns can be excluded or limited for:
• worn or damaged items used beyond normal inspection
• items with clear signs of use
• items dirtied or damaged by the customer
