How does production work at MundialBosnia?

Products are produced after your order is placed. We do not produce large stock in advance; each product is started after purchase. This helps avoid unnecessary overproduction and lets us offer multiple designs, sizes, and variants.

How long does my order take?

Total delivery time consists of:

production time + shipping time = expected delivery time

Production usually takes approx. 2-7 business days. After that, the order is handed to the carrier.

Is production time the same as shipping time?

No. Production time is the time needed to make and print the product. Shipping time begins only after production is complete.

Which carrier do you use?

Orders are usually shipped with DHL or an available partner carrier.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Germany, European Union countries, Switzerland, and other supported markets when checkout offers delivery.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Because current standard products are not personalized, consumers generally have a statutory withdrawal right within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Are print-on-demand products excluded from withdrawal?

Although our products are made after order, they are currently not personalized. The statutory withdrawal right therefore generally remains available.

How do I register a return?

Contact us before sending anything back at mundialbosnia@gmail.com and include order number, name, and the order email address. You receive the exact return address after registration.

Who pays return shipping?

The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Can I exchange for another size?

A direct exchange is not always possible because products are produced after order. You can return the original item under the return rules and place a new order.

What if an item is damaged or incorrect?

Contact mundialbosnia@gmail.com and send order number, short issue description, photos of the item and defect, and a photo of the packaging if damaged.

How do sizes fit?

Sizing can vary by product type. Check the size table on the product page, especially for oversized, unisex, kids, and baby items.

Are products unisex?

Many pieces are unisex. If a product is unisex, it is stated in the product title or description.

How should I care for the clothing?

Always follow care instructions on the label and product page. Generally, wash inside out, wash with similar colors, do not iron directly over the print, avoid aggressive fabric softener, do not wash too hot, and do not overheat in the dryer.

Why can my order arrive in multiple packages?

Because products are made after order, items can be produced or shipped separately. No additional shipping costs arise unless expressly stated.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

Contact us as quickly as possible. After production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
