1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers through the MundialBosnia online shop.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Offer and contract conclusion
Product presentation in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the button to place a paid order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.
After receiving your order, we send an automatic order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when we accept the order, for example by shipment confirmation, releasing the goods for production, or explicit acceptance by email.
4. Products and print-on-demand production
Products are produced after order. Production usually starts after successful payment and usually takes approx. 2-7 business days. Peak periods, holidays, technical issues, or production partner delays can extend timelines.
The current standard products are not personalized custom-made goods, so the statutory withdrawal right remains unaffected unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Prices and shipping costs
Prices are shown in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs may apply and are shown in checkout based on destination, order size, and shipping method.
Shipments to Switzerland may incur additional import duties, customs fees, taxes, or local charges. These are not charged by MundialBosnia and are borne by the customer.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are shown in Shopify checkout and may include PayPal, Shopify Payments, credit card, and other activated methods. The payment provider's additional terms and privacy information apply.
7. Delivery and shipping
We ship within the European Union, Switzerland, and other supported markets when checkout offers delivery. Total delivery time consists of production time plus shipping time. More information is available on the shipping page.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are provided in the withdrawal instructions and withdrawal form.
10. Returns and complaints
Information about practical handling of returns, complaints, and refunds is available on the Returns & complaints page. Do not send goods back without prior registration.
11. Defects
Statutory defect liability applies. If an item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrectly delivered, contact mundialbosnia@gmail.com and include your order number and photos if possible.
12. Vouchers and discount codes
Vouchers and discount codes can only be used during the stated period and under the stated conditions. Cash payout is excluded unless expressly agreed. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders unless expressly stated.
13. Contract language and storage
The contract language is German. Order data and relevant documents are sent by email or can be viewed through the customer account where available.
14. Dispute resolution
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Final provisions
If individual provisions are or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. German law applies unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
