Our products are produced individually after your order is received. Because we work with a print-on-demand model, total delivery time consists of production time plus shipping time.
Production is handled by our production partner MarketPrint. Shipping is usually handled by DHL or an available partner carrier.
Production time:
• Production usually takes approx. 2-7 business days.
• Production starts after successful payment confirmation.
• During peak order periods, holidays, or special campaigns, production can take longer.
Shipping time:
After production is complete, your order is handed over to the carrier.
Expected total delivery times:
• Germany: 3-10 business days
• European Union: 5-14 business days
• Switzerland: 6-17 business days

Production time + shipping time = expected delivery time
Shipping countries:
We currently ship to Germany, European Union countries, Switzerland, and other supported markets when Shopify checkout offers delivery.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are shown in checkout and depend on destination country, order size, and shipping method.
Current reference costs:
• Germany: 4.90 EUR
• European Union: 8.90 EUR
• Switzerland: 9.90 EUR
The exact amount is displayed transparently before checkout is completed.
Partial deliveries:
Because products are produced after order, multiple items from one order may be produced or shipped separately. This can result in partial deliveries. No additional shipping costs are charged unless expressly stated.
Tracking:
Once your order has shipped and tracking is available, you receive a shipping confirmation by email. The tracking link lets you follow delivery status.
Delivery to Switzerland:
Shipments to Switzerland may incur import duties, customs fees, taxes, or local charges. These costs are not charged by MundialBosnia and are borne by the customer.
Undeliverable shipments:
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us at mundialbosnia@gmail.com. Additional costs for reshipment can be charged to the customer if the issue was caused by incorrect address details.
