To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery.

Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees are charged for the refund.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back.

Return shipping costs:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Loss of value:

You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality.

Our products are produced after order. Because the current standard shop products are not personalized according to individual customer specifications, the statutory withdrawal right remains unaffected.
